Are you looking for a modern yet modest clothing? I used to struggle with trying to find hijab friendly clothes. Now, I feel like even walking into a large chain like Forever 21, there are countless options for hijabis. However, it still takes effort to layer some of those pieces from mainstream chain stores in order to look modest. It also is harder for curvy hijabis to layer too. I find that lots of cute outfit options for our slender hijabi fashionistas just ends up making me look bulky! The good news for hijabis who (a) hate layering too much and (b) look bulky with layers, is that there are more and more hijab brand houses cropping up. One of the beautiful things about the internet is that hijab brands that may be located in other countries are now easily accessible! I am always excited to not only support my fellow Muslims, but it is also nice to be able to shop in the comfort of my own home. I love to do it while sipping chai in my pajamas and my baby is asleep.

One of the more established brands is Inayah Collection. They have a great selection of not only hijabs and abayas, but also options like maxi skirts, pants, and tops. They even sell cute hijab pins! The one thing I really like about this brand is that their clothes are lightweight and have graceful drapes. Drapes flatter any figure! For slender hijabis, it adds some volume and for curvy hijabis, it hides some of the lumps and bumps. If you have not heard of Inayah Collection, please check them out!
